Surviving Martian politics in Surviving Mars Relaunched
Life on Mars just got a lot more complicated
As you can guess from the name, surviving on Mars in Surviving Mars is tough. Building a base means managing oxygen, water, resources, workloads, colonist happiness, repairs, research, and money. It’s a constant struggle to stay afloat
And now, worse than all of those requirements, there’s politics.
Surviving Mars Relaunched is a revamped version of 2018’s Surviving Mars that includes the previous DLCs. It’s an updated version of the game with new visuals and some quality of life improvements, but it’s still the same, punishing (and flawed) survival/base-builder.

But there’s a new twist with Relaunched, namely The Martian Assembly expansion and having to deal with the associated politics. While you’re making sure you’ve got enough metal to keep the solar farm running and enough oxygen to keep your colonists alive, now you also have to worry about political factions and their opinion of your leadership.
If you can’t keep the various political factions happy, they’ll resort to actions ranging from harmless thievery to full-on, blowin’-stuff-up terrorism.
