Where to find the mayor’s doppelganger in Deliver At All Costs

The Mayor’s Doppelganger is an Encounter you’ll find in Deliver At All Costs’ St. Monique City region. Once you find and talk to the mayor, you’ll have to find his wayward doppelganger somewhere in the area.

How to start The Mayor’s Doppelganger Encounter in Deliver At All Costs
You can start The Mayor's Doppelganger at any time, but you're probably going to notice the mayor and his green question mark during the Fishing for Love delivery.
You're just looking for the green question mark on top of the huge city hall building in (roughly) the middle of the region.
At city hall, cross over to the west (left) side and climb the ladder to the roof. Smash the crates and use the second ladder to keep climbing. Cross the roof to the right and you'll meet the mayor.
There's actually another ladder on this side, but you'll need to move the camera (with the right thumbstick) to spot it.
Where to find Bob in Deliver At All Costs
All the mayor tells you is that Bob is somewhere on the streets of St. Monique City — the part of the city you’re already in. The mayor will say he’s probably “basking in the admiration of our citizens” — which sounds like a clue, but isn’t.
Your journal also isn’t a help, just saying that he’s somewhere on the streets of St. Monique City.
You’ll find Bob wandering around over on the east side of the area, a little southwest of We Deliver. We found just wandering along the road not far from the train tracks.
When you talk to him, you’ll get transported straight back to the (roof of the) city hall for a quick conversation with the mayor, and then you’ll get the Time Control Blueprint as a reward.
