Where to find The Artist in Death Stranding 2
The Artist is one of the hidden delivery points in Mexico. You can find them in the first chapter of Death Stranding 2. Here's how to locate The Artist.
As you're finishing up chapter 1 of Death Stranding 2 and making your way back home to Fragile and Lou, you'll start to see lost packages for two new delivery locations: The Artist and The Bokka. This guide is going to focus on the former, The Artist, and where to find her home. By connecting The Artist to the Chiral Network, you'll unlock some new paint colors to customize your look, and fill out two of the dark zones in the Mexico network (you should uncover the rest of it by playing through the story naturally).

Where to find The Artist in Death Stranding 2
The Artist is in the middle area of Mexico, located very close to the C1 South Distribution Center. From the C1 South Distribution Center, you'll see two red "outage" zones for the Chiral Network. The nearest one is up in the mountains that you went through to reach C1 -- that's where you'll find The Artist. Mercifully, it's a pretty straight shot into the mountains to find her.
Open your map and look at the dark zone in the mountains. Look around until you find a path leading up to a flat pocket on the cliff face. You'll see a black rectangle that looks like it might be a building (spoilers, it is). Mark it on your map, grab a trike from the C1 South Distribution Center, and start making your way up the path. As you go, make sure to collect any lost cargo that says it's for The Artist. If you don't already have something for her, you'll almost certainly find something on the way up the mountain.
When you reach the top of the mountain, you'll see a shack and your UI will alert you that you've located The Artist. Bring your cargo with you and talk to her at her console.
How to connect The Artist to the Chiral Network in Death Stranding 2
All you need to hook The Artist up to the Chiral Network is to give her a single package meant for her. Obviously the more you give her the more you'll increase your reputation, but one single package will enthuse her enough to ask for the hookup. Once you've given her Chiral access, she'll give you some new customization colors for your outfits. There will also be an aid request from her to get a nearby package off of a cliff, which you can do to level her up again and get more color types, if you'd like.
