I love the Jackbox Party Packs; they’ve faithfully accompanied me to family events, social nights with friends, and teambonding calls with coworkers. With a dozen titles in the series, it’s understandable that there are a few misses. But when I had the chance to crack into The Jackbox Party Pack 11 with friends for a birthday party, I was delighted. This was the best pack in a long while, with games that inspire mayhem and create incredible moments.

If you’re not familiar with the Party Packs, each one contains a collection of four to five mini-games. There are a few categories that broadly cover a number of mini-games in different packs: trivia games, drawing challenges, social deduction matches, or improv prompts. The amount of variety on display is a huge strength: I can bring certain games out when I’m having a sedate, light-hearted night with family, whereas I reserve others for raucous Discord calls with my closest friends.
