Sales
Titanium Court - 25% off
Titanium Court is down to just under $12, which is a very good deal for what is one of the indie darlings of the past year. Titanium Court is a match-3 roguelite game with all of the adaptability and replayability of say, a Balatro or a Hades, but with a really unique Fae-inspired framing and some narrative twists that are unlike anything I've ever played before.
Perfect Tides: Station to Station - 20% off
An adventure game from the creator of the beloved Millennial webcomic Octopus Pie, Perfect Tides: Station to Station is a coming-of-age story where 18-year-old Mara moves from her small island to the big city, complete with crowded streets, a sprawling transit system, and college classes. Another contender for one of the best games of 2026, and it's down to $16 – you can also grab a combo pack with Station to Station and its prequel for around $22.
Moves of the Diamond Hand - 25% off
A delightfully bizarre dice-based RPG set in a crowded section of a large city, populated with colorful characters, Moves of the Diamond Hand is still in early access, but it's designed to appeal to a certain kind of narrative sicko. The elite Circus X has come to town, and you want to join their ranks for fame and fortune – but first, you'll need to make your way off the subway and onto the streets. It's down to around $13, and there's a demo you can try if you're curious, but if you pick up the game be warned that in early access, it only has the first few chapters.

Dredge - 60% off
A cozy little fishing game that immediately becomes alarming and increasingly Lovecraftian the further you delve into deeper waters. Dredge has fantastic core fishing mechanics, and you can play it safe and build up your fortune... but you'll eventually be forced to contend with not just the horrors of the sea, but the mysteries of your past. It's just under $10 for the base game, but if you want all the DLC, you can pony up for a bigger bundle.
Darkwood - 90% off
One of the best survival horror games of all time, getting Darkwood for under $2 is a deal so good it's obscene. Explore an overgrown forest that's choking out the life of any inhabitants, meeting mutated survivors who need your aid during the day. At night, hole up, prepare your defenses, and prepare to be scared out of your mind. A sequel is on the way, but the original game is still a gem.
The Storyrich Megabundle - 68% off
If you're looking to get the most story possible for the best deal, you'll want to take a look at the LudoNarraCon Megabundle, which includes games like Umurangi Generation, Consume Me!, and A Highland Song. There are ten games in total, including colorful platformers, point-and-click adventures, and detective mysteries. The original price of these games rounds up to $150, but the bundle is slashed down to 68% off, which brings the price down to under $50 – but if you already own one or more of the titles, the price scales to include your previous purchases.

Demos
LudoNarraCon also highlights some extremely cool looking indie games, and there are some demos to explore.
Beastfolk Barber
You're Freddie, and you've just inherited your friend's salon. As a beastfolk barber, you'll need to chat to each client to suss out what they really want and then pull off the perfect new styles. As your mastery grows and you foster a loyal client base, you'll also confront your own past. There is no release date confirmed for this game as of yet, but it looks quite charming.
Am I Nima
A psychological horror game where you awake, restrained and isolated, and are eventually confronted by your mother. She doesn't seem to believe you're her daughter, and if you want to survive, you're going to need to convince her. In order to think like Nima, and gain your mother's trust, you'll need to build associations using clues around you, combining keywords to unlock new thoughts. Am I Nima is set to release on Nov. 27, 2026.

About Fishing
Fishing minigames? Unnecessary, ridiculous. Fishing games? High art, fascinating. About Fishing is from the developer of Arctic Eggs, and uses a similar low-res effect to create an uncanny world filled with unsettling mysteries. About Fishing oscillates between tranquility and slow-burning tension, and while the demo doesn't reveal all its secrets, it does set a vibe. About Fishing is due to release before the end of 2026.
Hillthorn
If you're a fan of Cultist Simulator and it's card-based interface, then you'll probably be interested in Hillthorn, which seems to be built on a very similar structure. Hillthorn is a dark investigation game about solving a disappearance in a small, secluded community of people hesitant to talk to an outsider. Hillthorn will be released in November 2026.
Burn-9
In Burn-9, you're not a spy in the field; you're the operator guiding agents from afar. You're positioned to guide an elite black ops soldier through a dangerous mission in a top-secret Antarctic facility that's already left most of her team dead. In this spy-thriller, you're tasked with hacking data, reading maps, and making tough choices on who to trust and what to hide. Burn-9 is set to release in 2027.

Penguin Colony
Penguin Colony is a re-telling of H.P. Lovecraft's classics told through the eyes of a penguin. Your home in the Antarctic has been invaded by multiple human factions, each searching for something under the ice. As the greedy humans search for an unfathomable being, things spiral out of control, and you bear witness to the developing madness. Penguin Colony is due to release on Oct. 16.
Holstin
A psychological horror game with a psychological bent, Holstin is set in an isolated Polish town that's been consumed by something inhuman and malicious. There's a very cool perspective switch between exploration and combat, where the camera swings from third-person to first-person as needed. There's no release date for this quite yet, but I think this is going to end up being something special in the survival horror space.
Janet DeMornay is a Slumlord (and a Witch)
It's rare that a game sells me from the title alone, but how could I help but be charmed by a name like Janet DeMornay is a Slumlord (and a Witch)? You need to survive a surprise inspection from your landlord, who is up to some nefarious plans when it comes to your roommates – and she clearly has intentions on manipulating you, next. With an art style described as "Junji Ito if he got into paper mache", this is a really unique looking game with a hilarious hook. There is no release date for this game as of yet.

Nirvana Noir
A follow-up to 2021's Genesis Noir, Nirvana Noir has the same striking art style and narrative ambition, with the added trick of a second timeline. as a noir detective, you'll need to switch between two realities: Black Rapture, a rain-soaked black and white city and Constant Testament, a bizarre and colorful realm. This looks like a fascinating follow-up to an already ambitious game, and while there's no release date, the demo is a welcome sneak peek.
I Shall Name the Dead
A piece of interactive fiction with stunning hand-drawn art in stark oranges and moody blues, I Shall Name the Dead tells the story of a woman entering a mass grave to identify the lost souls within. Not only are you a medium, but there's a Worm inside you, gnawing at your insides and influencing your choices. It's up to you how you speak to the dead, and whether you let the Worm fester within you or try to purge it out with fire. This morbid horror game is due to release some time in 2027.
